TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANKING PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
